New Email Domain

Over 6 months ago we sent out a notice letting our customers know that rio.com will be changing domain names. We recently have set in place the new email domain that will be replacing rio.com for our rio.com customers. Drum roll please.....And the winner is....RIOUSA.COM! We know you all liked the least amount of characters so we kept it down to a minimum. Here is how the conversion will take place:

If you have an email address in the rio.com domain, your email address is going to change. Within the next couple of weeks, Rio Networks will be creating mailboxes to replace your rio.com email addresses in our new email domain riousa.com. If your current email address is " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ", the new address will be " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ". When your new riousa.com email address is created, we will send a notice to your rio.com address.

There will be a migration period for this move, and during that period you will be able to send email to either the rio.com or the new riousa.com address, and you will also be able to retrieve your email using either of the addresses as well. At the end of the migration period, Sep. 30 2010, the rio.com email addresses will no longer be valid.

For any user of web mail who have saved address books on the web mail client, they will want to continue logging in as " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it " to obtain their address books. If they log-in with " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it " they won't see them although all email will be available.
