When setting up a dial up connection your phone line should be plugged firmly into an active phone jack and into the modem port on your computer.
Use the following screen shots to help configure your dial up connection to Rio Networks.
Click the Start button and then click control panel.
Step 1
Switch to classic view. (If your control panel is already set to view as classic just ignore this step).
Step 2
Open “Network and Sharing Center”.
Step 3
Click on the “Set up a connection or network” option on the left hand side of this window.
Step 4
Choose "Set up a dial-up connection" and click next to continue.
Step 5
Fill out the required fields with your customer information, and click the Create button (this may say connect depending on your configuration). If your computer is unable to connect, it will give you an error. Tell the computer to setup the connection anyways. (Please note that the 3 check boxes are personal preference).
Step 6
Click the close button in the bottom right.
