When setting up a dial up connection your phone line should be plugged firmly into an active phone jack and into the modem port on your computer.

Use the following screen shots to help configure your dial up connection to Rio Networks.

Click the Preferences button on your dashboard or click the Apple drop down menu and click Preferences.

 

Step 1

Then click on the Network Icon.

 

 

Step 2

Select your modem in the Location drop down box, and enter the account information. Use your full account name, for example, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Step 3

Click "Apply Now" to save the changes.
