Please note that this example is in reference to a setting up email in association to the rio.com domain. If your email address ends in either bendnet.com or rosenet.net. The mail servers should both be either mail.bendnet.com or mail.rosenet.net.

Step 1

Click Accounts button.  Enter the account information as show below. If you do not have an account at all you will need to start by clicking on the “+” button, near the bottom left of this window.

Step 2

Both Incoming and Outgoing mail servers should be the same.  ie.  mail.rio.com or mail.bendnet.com or mail.rosenet.net (this depends on your email address).
