CSR/LSR Submission Process
All LSRs are to be submitted via email or fax. LSR/CSR requests must be typed, not hand written. LSRs do have to meet OBF Guidelines and can be carriers own LSR form.

Rio Networks will attempt to return all CSR requests within 24 hours and LSR requests within 48 hours, based upon when requests are received. Requests received after 2pm PST will be considered next business day.
Minimum Required Porting Intervals as follows
- LSR’s New and Supplemental – 3 business days from receipt of clean and acceptable LSR Request.
- Port Out – Must port away services within 5 business days or subscription will be pulled and NLSP will be need to resubmit new LSR using standard porting interval.
- TNs on LSR must match TNs on End User Account
- End User/Customer Name must match End User Account name
- Service Address must match service address on End User Account
- Must provide number of TNs to Port.

Additional Business Rules
- For any resold service request in which a service is through another LEC but controlled by Rio Networks, please submit CSR requests to Rio Networks. This is to reduce any latency or difficulty with port.
- NLSP cannot speak on behalf of End User regarding cancellation or modification of current services with Rio Networks. End User must contact Rio Networks to cancel any remaining services.
- Rio Networks will not port out an inactive TN.
- LOA's do not need to accompany LSR, however NLSP should have LOA onfile and available upon request.
