“Just thought I would let you know how pleased I was with the assistance and professionalism of Ryan Tuttle, recently I had an opportunity to set up multiple modems on my server this was new to me but never the less I had to do some testing and configuring. I had Ryan set a test hunt group for the test. I was experiencing some issues, it was Saturday early evening and I was a bit frustrated but I sent an email to Ryan expecting a response Monday and went home. I work late hours and weekend on server and phone issues as to not interfere with normal workday activity.

I checked my email Sunday morning and had received a response from Ryan that was sent the previous evening indicating the issue had been corrected so I logged in and began testing again, unfortunately there was another problem so I email Ryan and got an immediate response he would check into the issue. He did and emailed he had made the correction and to try again, it worked like a charm.

Point being thanks to Ryan's dedication I was able to complete my testing that Sunday and move forward Monday morning to make the final step to complete the project. By Ryan helping me out in those off hours it saved me extending the deployment of the project by at least a week."

We have been very pleased with the price, performance, and service of Rio networks. As a marketing company our business has gravitated to a heavy online mix . We are also using VoIP for our phone system to pool our communications infrastructure to provide greater bandwidth for a lower cost. Needless to say we are very dependent on a fast reliable internet connection.

With Rio we were able to move from a 10Mbs fiber connection to a 12Mbs EOC connection with the same reliability at half the cost. Needless to say that was very well received by senior management.

Because of our heavy use we find all the problems with any network connection. There have been very few problems with the Rio connection and their staff is easy to reach and very helpful at all hours. You don’t get lost in the phone tree when calling Rio and the hold times are very short. The representative you speak to has authority to directly contact the repair staff which enables them to have relevant up to date information when you need it most.

In all I have no problem recommending Rio for the price conscious consumer and business looking for a great value for your networking dollar.
